About The Position
The Event Joy Creator serves our guests in person at the local Mall with creative celebration solutions in a warm and welcoming environment. Event Joy Creators provide upbeat, interacts with customers walking by, LOVES to sell and wants to move around and create JOY!
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Abides by all NbC policies and procedures
- Upholds NbC's image and brand
- Acts as last line of defense for ensuring brand standards are met
- Operates point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency
- Gathers guest email addresses
- Maintains a strong knowledge of NbC's products, prices, and promotions
- Keeps retail area clean, swept, and neatly merchandised
- Dusts all retail surfaces, including all counter tops, and POS stations
