Requirements
- Open Availability, including weekends
- Strong experience with catering, event hosting, or sales
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- A commitment to great guest service
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Keeping our guests satisfied throughout the life-cycle of their event, exceeding expectations and anticipating needs.
- Gathering all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
- Liaising with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
- Suggestively selling “extensions” (i.e., additional entertainment or food & beverage) to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package.
- Coordinating the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and managing the service of all food & beverage.
- Creating a personal connection with the event contact and ensuring that all guest needs aren’t just met, but exceeded.
- Assisting the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson.
