About The Position
We’re looking for dependable, upbeat individuals who take pride in helping create exceptional guest experiences. Our events welcome guests of all ages, so comfort interacting with diverse groups is essential. A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professional approach will set you up for success. Team members should arrive 15–20 minutes prior to their scheduled shift for check-in and preparation. We maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times: Black pants (no jeans or leggings), White long-sleeve button-down shirt, Black shoes.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a 7-year criminal background check
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset
