Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4 years' work experience in event production and logistics
Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) experience
Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to prioritize
Strong attention to detail for design and aesthetics
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

Develop event concepts, visual layouts, décor plans, and attendee experience elements that align with company brand standards and desired event outcomes
Curate and source décor, furnishings, experiential elements, and event materials to elevate engagement and create memorable experiences
Conduct comprehensive pre-event readiness reviews and rehearsals, ensuring all event elements, materials, technology, branding, and stakeholder responsibilities are aligned and fully prepared for successful delivery
Oversee all event readiness activities, including venue setup, vendor coordination, production schedules, run-of-show management, and contingency planning to ensure flawless execution
Manages resources needed and ensures timely local execution of initiatives
Lead the collection and analysis of post-event feedback, engagement metrics, and stakeholder input to evaluate event effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and drive enhancements for future experiences
