About The Position

We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Event Customer Service Representative to join our team and support live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. In this entry-level role, you'll represent our clients at events, engage with attendees, provide information about campaigns and initiatives, and help create positive experiences through professional face-to-face interactions. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain experience in customer service, event marketing, community outreach, fundraising, communications, and brand representation. No previous experience is required—paid training and professional development are provided.

Requirements
