About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable experiences, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and possess excellent communication skills. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every detail of an event is flawlessly handled from conception to completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events from start to finish including logistics, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event needs and objectives
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
  • Coordinate event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations during events
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and checklists
