About The Position

The Event Coordinator is a high-visibility, client-facing role responsible for delivering a seamless, hospitality-driven food and beverage experience at an assigned location(s). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a hospitality or events background who are eager to learn about food service, work with great customers, and support a broad network of excellent local restaurants.

Requirements

Highly organized, proactive, and take full ownership of your work and environment
You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up
You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you’re capable of finding solutions
You’re someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car. Must be willing to drive to multiple sites in one day.

Responsibilities

Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure an exceptional customer experience each day.
Receive restaurants on-site each day and deliver ordered food to client's satellite office down the road.
Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late restaurant arrivals, incorrect email communication, or technology issues
Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
Conduct daily audits to ensure high quality service and compliance from our restaurant partners
Escalate issues to the Client Success Team when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
