About The Position

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join their active adult community in planning vibrant and enriching social gatherings. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing community events, and assisting the Manager with customer service experience obligations. Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious property management firm with offices throughout California, Colorado, and Idaho, specializing in various types of community associations since 1982.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of related safety practices.
  • Ability to work a Flexible Schedule as necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean MVR.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities.
  • 2 or more years of experience working in a facilities or events-related role.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with 55+ community preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison for all vendors performing work on-site related to social events.
  • Assist in creating and presenting recommendations for changes to policies, rules, and programs related to social events.
  • Complete punch list items as assigned by the Manager.
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Manager.
  • Plan and coordinate all annual and special community events.
  • Obtain proposals from vendors for community event services and present them to the CSO Board of Directors for approval.
  • Serve as staff liaison and provide administrative support to volunteer committees.
  • Prepare and present written financial reports per activity and future event proposals to the CSO Board of Directors.
  • Maintain direct communication with all event-related service providers.
  • Attend and oversee all community-sponsored recreation and social events.
  • Manage the activities calendar and schedule the use of facilities to prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • Follow approved priority use of facilities guidelines when scheduling CSO events.
