Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate setting required.
• Must be detail oriented and have superior organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills required, verbal and written, to effectively communicate with internal and external clients of the organization.
• Must show initiative and good judgment, as well as sound decision making, problem solving and research skills.
• Assertive and participating as part of a team and open to new ideas.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.

Nice To Haves

• technology and/or events management systems and data manipulation desired.
• Travel or cruise line experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with department team members and internal operational departments to ensure seamless integration for inaugurals.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for all company sanctioned internal or external-facing events as directed by management.
• Provide assistance with other Trade events as needed.
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
