About The Position

We are looking for a talented Event Coordinator to join the Global Integrated Services (GIS) – Hospitality team at Cummins Inc. in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will make an impact by planning and delivering events while serving as a key liaison between Cummins hosts, internal teams, and vendors to ensure a seamless hospitality experience. You will manage Hospitality event spaces, schedules, and on-site event operations, including setup, service coordination, teardown, and adherence to safety, security, and service standards. You will also maintain high standards of safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and compliance across hospitality spaces. Additionally, you will provide administrative and analytical support through data management, reporting, research, correspondence, meeting coordination, and response to stakeholder inquiries. You will support departmental effectiveness by managing vendor and payment processes, maintaining policies and procedures, tracking key data, driving continuous improvement, and serving as a resource for team members.
