As an Event Cook, you will support the preparation, setup, and execution of culinary operations across a variety of on-site and off-site events. You will prep, set up, and provide consistent, high-quality service across all areas of kitchen production. This includes following recipes to exact specifications, maintaining an organized workstation, and delivering consistent, high-quality results in a dynamic event-driven environment and supporting both on-site and off-site events. You’ll play an important role in ensuring every dish is prepared with care while contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture. This is a seasonal, event-based position with a schedule that varies based on business needs and event demand, with increased opportunities during peak seasons.
