About The Position

BallerTV is seeking Event Contractors to work at premier youth sporting events, helping to deliver a professional streaming experience for athletes, coaches, and families. This role offers flexibility, allowing contractors to choose events that fit their availability, primarily on weekends with occasional setup days. Contractors will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading live streaming equipment and production technology, with ongoing support from the BallerTV Operations Team. The position involves tracking, setting up, breaking down, and monitoring live streaming systems, and getting paid to watch live sports while showcasing athletes to a global audience. This is a part-time weekend contractor position with shifts that may begin as early as 6:00 AM and end as late as 11:00 PM. Daily shifts can exceed 12 hours, and tournament weekends often total 30+ hours of work, requiring standing, walking, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the day. BallerTV is the nation's leading youth sports streaming network, broadcasting thousands of amateur sporting events annually to make every game accessible to families, coaches, recruiters, and fans.

Requirements

Must be local to the Manheim, PA area
Must be available to work FULL SHIFTS during one or both tournament weekends: Friday, July 17 – Sunday, July 19, 2026 and Friday, August 14 – Sunday, August 16, 2026
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must successfully complete a pre-event background check.
Must be comfortable using iPhones and iOS devices.
Must be dependable, professional, and customer-focused.
Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be local to the Portland, OR area
Must be available to work FULL SHIFTS for the scheduled tournament dates
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must successfully complete a pre-event background check.
Must be comfortable using iPhones and iOS devices.
Must be professional, dependable, and personable.
Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Must maintain a positive, team-first attitude.

Nice To Haves

Additional weekend event opportunities available throughout the year
Experience in live event production, broadcasting, sports, photography, videography, or customer service is a plus.
Interest or experience in basketball, volleyball, wrestling, soccer, football, lacrosse, or other youth sports is preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to receive and transport event equipment.
Future event opportunities already on the calendar
Experience with live events, sports production, broadcasting, photography, videography, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Interest or experience in basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, wrestling, lacrosse, or other youth sports is preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to receive and transport event equipment.

Responsibilities

Receive, transport, and care for event equipment, including cameras, networking equipment, and marketing assets.
Set up and break down BallerTV’s live streaming systems at each court or field while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
Monitor live streams throughout the day, troubleshoot equipment when needed, and communicate with the Operations Team to ensure every game is successfully broadcast.
Receive, transport, and manage event equipment, including camera gear and marketing assets.
Set up BallerTV's live streaming system at each court or field. Work efficiently, safely, and with a sense of urgency throughout the event.
Ensure every game streams reliably by monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with the BallerTV Operations Team as needed.
