About The Position

IM8 is seeking an on-site Event & Community Intern based in Miami to support its events and community team across activations, launches, partnerships, and day-to-day community engagement. The intern will help plan and run events, maintain responsive community engagement, and capture content that brings the brand to life. The role offers hands-on experience in how a fast-growing health brand builds its audience, with the goal of creating positive experiences for people who encounter IM8 in person or online.

Requirements

• Be a current student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in events, community, marketing, or brand.
• Be warm and people-first, with a desire to make others feel welcome.
• Be organized and detail-oriented, and reliably follow through.
• Be proactive and take initiative to identify and complete needed tasks.
• Be comfortable communicating in English.
• Be available to work on-site in Miami, including occasional evening or weekend events.
• Show up, follow through, and pay close attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and coordinate events, activations, pop-ups, and partnership moments, including logistics, vendors, samples, RSVPs, and run-of-show.
• Provide hands-on on-site event support, including setup, guest experience, sampling, and pack-down.
• Track event details such as guest lists, deliveries, and timelines.
• Capture photo and video content at events for social and community use.
• Provide general coordination and administrative support for the events and community calendar.
