About The Position

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking a part-time Event Cleaner to maintain stadium facilities during events. Duties include cleaning and maintaining hard floors, corridors, restrooms, and carpets, as well as keeping assigned restrooms and facility areas clean and stocked. The Event Cleaner also removes waste and helps maintain public and private event spaces. The role includes assisting guests with questions and concerns and reporting accidents and injuries to the Event Team Leader.

Requirements

Ability to follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks effectively.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Prior cleaning experience.
Janitorial experience; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, strip, scrub, finish, and buff hard floors and corridors; strip and seal floors and restroom floors.
Maintain carpets by vacuuming, shampooing, extracting, and spot cleaning.
Maintain and continuously stock an assigned restroom and/or facility area during events.
Continually police suites, clubs, premium areas, public and private concourses, ramps, stairways, loading docks, and service corridors, keeping areas free of debris and spills.
Remove trash, recyclables, and compost from stadium and site areas; pull trash from containers, re-line containers as needed, and move trash to designated locations.
Support exterior gate and walkway operations before stadium doors open for pre-event hosted activities, as needed.
Follow sustainability and recycling procedures.
Perform other service functions as directed.
Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and provide courteous customer service to guests.
Know the locations of facility amenities and services, including entrances, exits, restrooms, telephones, concessions, security, first aid, guest services, and ticket offices.
Stay informed about assigned event details and work assignments.
Report accidents and injuries immediately to the Event Team Leader.
