About The Position
Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to perform cleaning services at a local event center. This position is ideal for someone looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule. Each service visit takes approximately 2 hours and pays $80 per completed cleaning occurrence. Work is performed during designated service windows that vary based on event schedules. Flexibility is required, but advance notice of service dates will be provided.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and self motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
- Refill restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Vacuum carpets and entry areas
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean and sanitize high touch points
- Spot clean glass and other surfaces as needed
- Ensure all assigned areas are clean, safe, and presentable for guests
- Follow established cleaning procedures and quality standards
