About The Position
Groundworks, North America's leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking outgoing 1099 Contract Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at local home shows. This role involves engaging with homeowners, promoting free inspection services, and scheduling qualified appointments using a provided tablet. This is a weekend, independent contractor opportunity ideal for individuals with experience in events, retail, customer service, or sales. A paid, one-hour virtual training is provided before each event.
Requirements
- Friendly, confident personality
- Customer-facing, retail, event, or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable using technology
- Available for the entire event weekend
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners at local home shows
- Promote Groundworks' Free Inspection services
- Schedule qualified inspection appointments using a tablet
- Attend a paid 1-hour virtual training before the event
- Assist with booth setup/breakdown and equipment return (if assigned)
