About The Position

Groundworks, a leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking outgoing 1099 Contract Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at local home shows. This role involves engaging homeowners, promoting free inspection services, and scheduling qualified appointments using a provided tablet. This is a weekend opportunity perfect for individuals with experience in events, retail, customer service, or sales. The position requires availability for the entire event weekend and completion of a paid virtual training session prior to each event. An upcoming home show is in Pensacola, FL, on 8/8-8/9.

Requirements

• Friendly, confident personality
• Customer-facing, retail, event, or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable using technology
• Available for the entire event weekend
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners at local home shows
• Promote Groundworks' Free Inspection services
• Schedule qualified inspection appointments using a tablet
• Attend a paid 1-hour virtual training before the event
• Assist with booth setup/breakdown and equipment return (if assigned)

Benefits

• $20/hour + $25 per qualified appointment booked (uncapped)
• $200 Equipment Drop-Off & Return or $300 Equipment Return (if over one hour from the branch)
