About The Position

The Event Attendant supports the delivery of Westerner Days internal activations taking place July 15 – 19, 2026. Reporting to the Event Services Team, this role ensures pavilions and related activations are prepared, maintained, and guest-ready, while promoting a safe and positive experience for all attendees. This position contributes to the overall quality of Westerner Days, supports positive guest experience, and helps ensure the continued success of Westerner Days.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic event environment.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing collaboratively within a team environment.
• Availability to work all required shifts during Westerner Days from July 14–19, 2026, including days, evenings, and extended hours as needed based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site event support, including the supervision and maintenance of Kidventure, The Market, The Junction, Agventure, and Chuckwagons
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests of all ages
• Perform duties including, but not limited to, supervising games, bounce houses, and sensory stations; supporting vendors and entertainers; assisting with animal feeding and pen cleaning; and maintaining activation areas
• Work collaboratively with volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of all internal fair activities
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Support the successful delivery and overall guest experience of Westerner Days
