About The Position
Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company looking for hardworking, outgoing, and motivated Event Attendants to join our Midtown Atlanta team. If you love working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This will be for event-specific dates/times - must have nights/weekend flexibility.
Requirements
- Strong customer service experience
- Professional and effective communication skills
- A proactive attitude and desire to grow
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing our standard of service (uniform, greeting, problem-solving, and farewell)
- Assisting guests throughout the facility, lanes, and parking office
- Issuing tickets and collecting payments
- Directing traffic efficiently and safely
- Performing light cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Taking on special projects as assigned by management
