Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous event, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome attendees and provide a friendly first impression.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotional activities.
• Answer attendee questions and direct inquiries when needed.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Prepare and organize promotional materials, displays, and supplies.
• Support activities designed to increase customer interest and engagement.
• Assist with customer outreach and lead generation.
• Maintain an organized and professional event area.
• Work closely with team members throughout each event.
• Help ensure promotional materials and supplies are available when needed.
• Assist with post-event organization and customer follow-ups.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
