About The Position
We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in events, presenting products and services, and contributing to team goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves
- Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare event spaces, displays, and promotional materials.
- Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
- Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information.
- Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
- Generate leads through customer interactions and event activities.
- Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
- Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
- Maintain an organized and professional event area.
- Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
- Support individual and team sales goals during events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
