Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
• Help prepare event areas, displays, materials, and supplies.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
• Present and explain products and services in a professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming event environment.
• Distribute promotional materials and assist with displays.
• Support lead generation and customer engagement activities.
• Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
• Work closely with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
