About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Event Assistant to support live marketing events, brand activations, and community outreach campaigns. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
• Support brand activations, promotional campaigns, and pop-up events
• Engage with event attendees and provide a positive customer experience
• Distribute marketing materials, samples, or promotional items
• Help with event registration, check-in, and crowd flow
• Work closely with event managers and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain brand standards and professionalism during all interactions
• Collect basic event feedback and support post-event reporting
