About The Position

We are a fast-growing event marketing and brand activation company that creates engaging live experiences for leading brands. From promotional events to in-person campaigns, we deliver high-energy, memorable customer interactions. We are seeking an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team and support the execution of live events and marketing activities. This hands-on role involves supporting the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and brand activations. It is ideal for someone who is energetic, outgoing, and eager to gain experience in event marketing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable in public-facing roles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Team-oriented and willing to learn
• No experience required—training provided

Nice To Haves

• some college in marketing, communications, or business is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of events and promotions
• Support team members with event materials, supplies, and equipment
• Engage with attendees and represent client brands positively
• Distribute promotional items and manage event displays
• Provide on-site support during live events and campaigns
• Keep event areas organized and presentable
• Communicate with team members and supervisors
• Assist with general event-related tasks as needed
