About The Position

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Assistant Event Manager. This is an entry-level role with paid training provided, offering an excellent opportunity to begin a career in event management, marketing, and live promotions.
No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and promotional campaigns
• Support event logistics, setup, scheduling, and operational planning
• Work alongside the Event Manager to manage budgets, resources, and timelines
• Help oversee event staff, brand ambassadors, and volunteers
• Engage with event attendees to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional and marketing materials
• Monitor event activity and help resolve on-site issues as they arise
• Provide administrative support, including reporting and performance tracking
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve event strategy and execution
