Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, including trade shows and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies, themes, and objectives
• Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
• Interact with attendees to provide customer support and brand representation
• Support the creation and distribution of event marketing materials (flyers, invitations, promotional assets)
• Manage event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee records
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new event opportunities
• Track and analyze event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and ROI
• Stay updated on industry trends, event marketing strategies, and competitor activities
