About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Event Assistant to join our team and support charity events, community initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and live activations. Requirements

• Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a high school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus)
• Enjoy working with people in public-facing roles
• Are dependable, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are available for evenings, weekends, or scheduled event days
• Are motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow professionally

Responsibilities

• Support charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach activities
• Assist with event setup, onsite support, and daily event operations
• Engage with attendees, donors, and community members to create positive experiences
• Help manage registrations, sign-ups, guest interactions, and attendee support
• Promote awareness for charitable causes and community initiatives
• Monitor attendance and gather participant feedback
• Work alongside team members to achieve campaign and outreach goals
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and community-focused environment
