Event and Employer Brand Intern

Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG)White Plains, NY
Onsite

About The Position

The Events & Employer Brand Intern plays a hands-on role in bringing VEG’s events, brand experiences, and culture storytelling to life. This 6 month internship sits at the intersection of event execution, employer brand, merchandising, and content, supporting both the experiences we create and how we share them. You’ll be deeply involved in the full event lifecycle—helping plan, prep, and execute events, while also supporting on-site coordination, vendor management, and post-event wrap-ups. Alongside events, you’ll contribute to the day-to-day operations of the VEG Store, including inventory management, fulfillment, and limited-edition product launches. You’ll also be supporting the Employer Brand team on culture and storytelling initiatives, including campaign coordination, content support, and light reporting and insights. Working across teams including Events, Marketing, Talent, and Operations, you’ll gain exposure to experiential marketing, employer brand, and nonprofit initiatives. Your time will be balanced across key focus areas: VEG Cares and Culture initiatives, internal events and conferences, the VEG Store, and Employer Brand storytelling. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to contribute to meaningful, high-impact brand experiences that reflect what it means to be VEG: open, supportive, and not normal.
