About The Position

In this leadership role, you'll oversee the evening and weekend detailing operations, ensuring vehicles meet our high standards of quality while leading, coaching, and motivating a team of detailers. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage people will help create an exceptional experience for both our customers and our team.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Previous automotive detailing experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle detailing processes, including polishing, paint protection, shampooing, and interior/exterior reconditioning.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.

  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and supervise the evening/weekend detailing team to achieve daily production and quality goals.
  • Schedule, assign, and prioritize work to ensure vehicles are completed accurately and on time.
  • Train and mentor new and existing team members on detailing techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure every vehicle meets dealership presentation standards.
  • Assist with detailing duties, including vehicle washing, interior cleaning, polishing, paint protection, and final delivery preparation as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Monitor productivity, address performance concerns, and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
