About The Position
The main responsibility of this position is to maintain proper cleanliness of the common areas in each tower floor, P, 1, 2, 3, 4, and the pool deck. Occasional maintenance of the common areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- General cleaning skills.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and a high degree of autonomy.
- Regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to stand, sit, and walk.
- Required to reach with their hands and arms.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
Responsibilities
- Tower parking deck cleaning
- Occasional parking garage cleaning
- Pool area and pool restroom cleaning
- Grounds cleaning
- Maintain cleaning carts
- Removal of garbage
- Common area maintenance
- Unloading trucks
- Moving material
- Storm preparation
- Other duties as assigned by the management
