About The Position
The Parking Deck Attendant assists in maintaining clean and orderly parking facilities under moderate supervision. Assists with Athletic and other special events on Campus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire.
- Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies.
- Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
- Final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic knowledge in the usage of personal computers and or handheld devices.
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to use the tools and equipment of the job.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation and information obtained from social media and other internet sources.
Nice To Haves
- Certified forklift operator.
- Automobile maintenance, warehouse, automotive retail, stocking/receiving, construction, or other manual labor work experience.
- Experience working outdoors.
