About The Position

Professional Cleaning Incorporated is seeking a dependable and motivated Evening Supervisor to join our growing commercial cleaning team. This position is responsible for overseeing nightly cleaning operations, ensuring quality standards are met, supporting staff, and maintaining excellent customer service at assigned facilities.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or janitorial experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support evening cleaning staff
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Ensure buildings are cleaned according to company expectations
• Manage supplies and report inventory needs
• Address employee or client concerns professionally
• Maintain communication with management regarding nightly operations
• Fill in for cleaners when needed
