About The Position

Lake Park High School is currently hiring for the position of 10-Month Evening Shift Safety Monitor. The work hours are from 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This is a benefits-eligible position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in a criminal justice-related field preferred)
• Law enforcement, first responder, or security experience required
• Proficient with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications
• Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed
• Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong orientation toward providing customer service
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and security at Lake Park High School during evening hours.
• Work positively and productively with adults and high school-age students.
