This is a part-time position with flexible day options, working from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM. The role involves light bartending, light cooking, and cashier duties, with full training provided. The server will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, presenting menus, informing guests of specials and promotions, and verifying age requirements for alcohol purchases. The position requires maintaining updated knowledge of menu options, preparation methods, ingredients, and communicating orders accurately to the kitchen. The server will also be expected to anticipate guest needs, clear tables, deliver room service orders, and assist in upholding safety policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves assisting team members and other departments to ensure operational efficiency, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventories, and performing other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
