About The Position
A lovely family in Lakeview is looking for a warm, dependable evening nanny to care for their two children, ages almost 6 and almost 4. The ideal schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but the family can be flexible for the right candidate. This placement is most likely through May of 2027.
Requirements
- Uses positive reinforcement and maintains consistent expectations
- Is warm, patient, and engaging with children
- Is punctual, dependable, and adaptable
- Enjoys building a positive relationship with children while providing structure and consistency
Responsibilities
- Pick the children up from school
- Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children
- Help with homework and prepare morning baskets
- Support the children's evening routine, including showers, pajamas, and winding down for bed
- Tidy up children's belongings and activity areas
- Create a warm, positive, and engaging environment
