This role involves daily job responsibilities such as inspecting buildings to ensure cleaning meets standards, communicating policies and procedures, conducting safety and cleaning technique training for employees and independent contractors, acting as a liaison, adhering to the client complaint policy, reporting inspection details, verifying checklist adherence, sending nightly reports, maintaining location key boxes, supporting new starts, conducting random building inspections, communicating maintenance issues, identifying non-basic janitorial service opportunities, and staying current with online training. Travel is required, and the use of a timekeeping system to record hours and report work-related injuries is necessary.
