About The Position

Join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions of Oklahoma as a Part-Time Evening Janitorial Lead! If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong background in quality control, and a passion for maintaining high standards, we want you to help us keep our clients' facilities spotless. In this dual-impact lead and facility inspector position, you will play a vital role in conducting routine quality control inspections and overseeing Independent Contractors to ensure all cleaning tasks meet strict service level agreements. This position will cover the Ardmore, OK and Pauls Valley, OK areas.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation to visit clients' buildings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends.
Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
This position is Safety Sensitive. If you are selected for this position, you will need to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.
