About The Position

Hiring today for Commercial Cleaning Lead. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become full-time. Management/Lead experience is required. We are a trusted family-owned business with over 70 years of experience, serving some of Jefferson County's largest and most critical healthcare providers and businesses. If you have led a team in the cleaning, restaurant, or retail environment, we are interested in speaking with you. Leads will first undergo training in our cleaning techniques and learn about the different types of clients we serve. Upon successful training, you will be assigned your own accounts. For some accounts, you will perform the cleaning yourself to maintain your hours, while for others, you will oversee the cleaning staff and cover for absences or replacements. We are growing and need managers, offering advancement opportunities.

Requirements

Management/Lead experience required.
Drivers license and Reliable transportation to and from work.
Phone with service.
Can manage current phone technology and operational apps.

Responsibilities

Train in cleaning techniques and learn about different client types.
Oversee cleaning staff and cover for absences or replacements.
Perform cleaning tasks such as Vacuuming, Mopping, Cleaning Surfaces, Cleaning Restrooms, Emptying Trash.
Adapt to different settings.
Be accessible for coverage and training starting at 5:30 PM.
