About The Position

Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is hiring part-time evening housekeepers to provide common-area and bathroom cleaning services at a medical facility in Radnor, Pennsylvania. The role helps maintain a clean, healthy, and safe property for tenants, guests, and vendors. Housekeepers are expected to be polite, respectful, thorough, and observant, and to provide a high level of service.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., for four hours per night. The pay rate is $17.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Willingness to stand for extended periods.
• Experience in similar roles using cleaning products and equipment to clean floors and carpets.
• Ability to work on a team and independently when needed.
• Strong report-writing and clear verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors of various types.
• Dust and polish surfaces throughout the building, including countertops, upholstered furniture, and light fixtures.
• Scrub and sanitize bathroom toilets and sinks, as well as kitchen fixtures.
• Empty trash cans and wash and dry windows.
• Request cleaning supply orders and report breakages and needed repairs.
