This role is responsible for making the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” enjoyable for guests. The position ensures exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests. The role involves overseeing the 5:30 Kickback through food preparation and clean-up, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas, and ensuring food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked. A high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality is expected to promote the Drury culture. The role also includes answering guest questions with knowledge of the hotel, area, and events, and providing courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
