This role is responsible for making the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” enjoyable for guests. The position ensures exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests. The responsibilities include overseeing the 5:30 Kickback through food preparation and clean-up, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas, ensuring food safety standards are met, and keeping supplies stocked. The role also involves presenting and maintaining a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture, answering guest questions with knowledge of the hotel, area, and events, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience through courteous, friendly service with a +1 Service attitude.
