As our Evening Culinary Operations Supervisor, you'll lead the evening meal service for trustee dining, ensuring every guest receives a hot, fresh meal while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and customer service.

Requirements

Experience supervising multiple employees.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.

Nice To Haves

An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
Food Handler’s certification.

Responsibilities

Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.
Lead evening meal service for trustee dining.
Prepare and serve fresh, made-to-order meals.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
Ensure proper food portioning and presentation.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
Complete daily prep, pull, and production tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist with inventory, stocking, and end-of-shift cleanup.
