Evening Cleaning Technician
About The Position
DNC Facility Services is building a new dedicated team of 4 Cleaning Technicians to cover two of their Bossier-area accounts. This role offers full-time hours with a consistent schedule across both sites, working with the same crew every shift. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM, with approximately 8 hours per shift. Technicians will travel between two sites during their shift, requiring reliable transportation. The pay is $14.00 per hour with weekly pay, PTO, and 4 paid holidays. DNC Facility Services has been in business since 1982 and serves over 115 commercial accounts, offering opportunities for growth for those who demonstrate commitment and quality work.
Requirements
- Can commit to the full schedule at both sites, every scheduled shift
- Are comfortable with physical work: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing equipment for most of the shift
- Take pride in doing the job right the first time
- Are coachable and willing to learn our way of doing things
- Want steady, consistent hours
- Reliable transportation is required to travel between sites

Responsibilities
- Clean offices, restrooms, common areas, and floors to the DNC Standard
- Work as part of a 4-person team that shares the workload
- Follow a set routine at each building
- Communicate with your Team Lead about supplies, questions, and anything that comes up on site
