About The Position

Service Master by Gibson is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. For three generations, Service Master by Gibson has held a strong presence in the commercial cleaning industry. We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and pay close attention to detail. As an Evening Cleaning Supervisor, you will work directly with our Operations Manager to ensure the facilities in your area are serviced to the standards of the client and Service Master.

Requirements

• Supervisor or Manager Experience
• Clear and Effective Communicator
• Ability to lead and offer direction
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Willing to submit to and pass background and clearance screening
• Afternoon and evening availability is a must

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Time Clock and CRM systems is a plus (willing to train)

Responsibilities

• Inspecting facilities in your area
• Train New Hires
• Ongoing Training and Coaching for current employees
• Ensure facilities are adequately stocked with supplies
• Fill in where needed
• Review and approve timecards
