Zeppelin Cleaning Services is hiring a dependable and experienced Full-Time Evening Cleaning Technician to join our team in Detroit. At Zeppelin, we take pride in doing things right. Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Dependable and consistently on time — attendance matters
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and staying active throughout an 8-hour shift
• Strong work ethic and pride in a job well done
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Floor-machine experience is a strong plus
• Willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate a floor machine to clean and maintain hard-surface floors
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain clean, polished floors
• Empty trash and maintain clean, sanitary work areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies
• Follow cleaning procedures and maintain Zeppelin's quality standards
• Report maintenance issues or supply needs
• Work independently and as part of a dependable cleaning crew
• Take pride in completing your work thoroughly and correctly
