About The Position

Environment Control, a leading commercial cleaning company, is hiring a Full-Time Evening Cleaning Manager to lead and support our teams. This is a hands-on management position that requires leading by example and actively supporting your team. In addition to supervising operations, you will perform cleaning duties as needed, including training new employees, covering vacant shifts, and providing ongoing support to staff. Responsibilities include conducting quality inspections, managing inventory and supplies, completing nightly reports, and ensuring all assigned facilities meet company standards. Cleaning duties may include trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and other general janitorial tasks. This position involves regular physical activity, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

Previous cleaning industry experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle for travel between locations.
Must have current personal auto insurance.
Must have an insurable driving record.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Ability to work evenings (start after 5:00 PM).
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and support cleaning teams.
Perform cleaning duties as needed, including training new employees, covering vacant shifts, and providing ongoing support to staff.
