About The Position

Clean Team is seeking a dependable part-time evening cleaner to support its Cleveland/Akron-area operations at a healthcare-related facility. The role involves hands-on cleaning to keep assigned areas clean, orderly, and ready for use. Careful attention to detail, consistent attendance, and following site-specific instructions and procedures are important. This is a cleaning position, not a clinical or patient-care role. Employees are expected to take ownership of their assignments, communicate clearly, and treat customers and coworkers respectfully.

The opening is at 1260 Independence Ave., Akron, OH 44310, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Clean Team provides job-specific instruction, established cleaning procedures, and a team available to answer questions. Site assignments, training, and any scheduling details requiring confirmation can be discussed during hiring.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work during the shift.

• Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Prior commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in assigned spaces.
• Dust desks, counters, ledges, and other accessible surfaces.
• Restock paper products and other designated supplies.
• Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and site access rules.
• Report supply shortages, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions to a supervisor.
