Evening Cleaning Team Lead / New Palestine
About The Position
This is a full-time Team Lead position in New Palestine. The role involves training, fill-in work, supporting cleaning staff, and submitting nightly reports. Responsibilities include daily floor care (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping), general cleaning and disinfecting of business areas like offices, kitchens, and restrooms, trash removal, and restocking consumable items. Team members may take home towels to wash when supplies are low and will receive a small weekly bonus for this task. The company provides all necessary supplies and tools for each job, so employees do not need to transport them in their personal vehicles.

Responsibilities
