The Evening CDCA is responsible for supporting client care, maintaining a safe and structured environment, and assisting with daily program operations. This role involves monitoring client behavior, facility access, and ensuring clients adhere to their schedules for meals, groups, therapy, and appointments. The CDCA will also co-facilitate psychoeducational groups, potentially lead meditation groups, and supervise clients during activities. Additionally, they will support staff in enforcing program rules, assist with urinalysis and breathalyzer testing, and accurately document client interactions in the EHR system.
