About The Position
Buckley's Bakery & Cafe is seeking a motivated, full-time Evening Baker to prepare and bake pastries in their Merrimack, NH location. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and has a passion for pastries. This role is crucial for providing high-quality food to guests by following recipes, mixing, and baking pastries in accordance with procedures and health regulations. The baker will also be responsible for keeping stations clean and stocked, completing orders, and ensuring timely presentation and finishing of food. The primary focus is creating fresh croissants, danish, scones, muffins, and cinnamon rolls for the morning service.
Requirements
- 2 Years of experience working in a commercial bakery
- Able to work weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries following recipes with care.
- Scale, mix, and bake pastries in accordance with procedures and health regulations.
- Keep stations clean and stocked.
- Complete orders.
- Ensure food is presented and finished in a timely manner.
- Create fresh croissants, danish, scones, muffins, and cinnamon rolls.
